This error will sometimes occur while using the QBsync:

The problem is related to the Access DB mapping.
The length of the ListID which is generated from QuickBooks which we insert into a mapping Access DB is exceeds the max allowable characters.

However this will never affect sync process anyway.

To resolve this problem please follow these steps:

Go to: C:\Program Files\cvlSoft, Inc\QuickBooks Sync 4.0.3\Data
Â
1)Â Â Â Â Open QBSync DB file (password: 8a8vasof8)
2)Â Â Â Â Right Click on QBSyncMapping table
3)    Change Data type Text to Memo where  Field Name = CVLTrackId
