The Acer Bio Protection software package interferes with the cvlTracker system. The problem exists with the program constantly looking for passwords to enter into its password bank. This functionality causes strange activity when using cvlTracker. This is currently the only Bio Protection software that has been reported to cause errors within cvlTracker. We do, however, anticipate other Bio Protection packages causing issues. To disable the password bank option for the Acer Bio Protection software, open the program as shown in figure 1.
Once you have opened the program continue to the program settings. Uncheck "Enable Password Bank." (As shown in figure 2.) Apply the changes and you are done.
